She had a real weakness for dressing her three kids in the newest and hottest fashions as well as herself. But as her family grew, she realized she didn't have the time or energy to shop as much as she would like. With this came the idea for Posh-Mama Boutique. As Kendra's third baby arrived she realized how wonderful it would be to be able to shop for cutting-edge designer clothing for her kids and also find trendy apparel for herself. And... to be able to do this all in one place!!!
To further this idea, Kendra loves dressing all three kids in the cutest, boutique quality, designer clothing. Even if the family is just lounging around the house, the kids are dressed in the hippest, latest fashions. She decided she wanted to share her hot fashion finds with other busy moms, so she created a one-stop boutique and an E-Boutique!!! Now anyone with crazy, hectic schedules can find time to shop either online or in the Redding, CA store.

At Posh-Mama we know that speedy shipping is a must...so we promise to ship all orders the next business day by USPS Priority(2-3 day air) Mail. We also offer USPS Express(next day air) shipping if you need your order in a hurry! Here at Posh-Mama Boutique we have Free Priority shipping, ALWAYS!
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Posh-Mama's return policy is that any order must be returned within 15 days of purchase for a full refund* or an exchange. We're sorry after 15 days** you will only be able to exchange your product for the same exact item or the same item in a different size.
All returns must be be authorized by Posh-Mama Boutique customer service. Please contact us by email at customerservice@posh-mama.com to receive your Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you send the item back without receiving a RA# or after the 15 day deadline, you will not be credited for your purchase and we will not be held responsible for returning the time to you. By receiving an RA#, it is not guaranteed that you will receive a refund if your item does not meet the return qualifications listed below.
All returns must be sent back with price tags attached, free of stains, cigarette smoke, pet hair, and in sellable condition.

Please ship your return with the shipping company of your choice. Be sure to insure your package and retain the tracking number. Posh-Mama is not responsible for lost or damaged packages en route to the store.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping item/items back to us.
If your shipping was free originally and you return the items you will be charged a $5.00 shipping fee per item. This covers our costs of shipping your order to you.
